Details

The Monastery has been established by Pamfil Seicaru in 1920's in the memory of the 1st WW martyrs. After the 2nd WW and during the comunist period the Monastery has been transformed in a children recreation camp. In 1990 the Monastery has become a monastic place for nuns.
The monastery has guest facilities and it is situated in a beautiful area on the Danube river, right at the border between Romania and Yugoslavia.
